- Gift vouchers can be redeemed online (through our website) or onsite.
- Balance can be redeemed over multiple transactions until the total gift voucher amount is used.
- Balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another gift voucher.
- Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, following which they expire automatically.
- Expired gift vouchers will not be accepted and any remaining balance will be removed, and the voucher will no longer be available for use.
- Skyline Rotorua has no obligation to remind or inform you of your gift voucher expiry and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry.
- Each transaction will generate one voucher. Therefore, if you intend to buy gift vouchers for several people, you should purchase each one in a separate transaction.
- Gift Vouchers are available for use in Food & Beverage outlets and on activities, vouchers are not redeemable in the Retail or Jelly Belly Store.
