Stratosfare Restaurant

  • If you have not already paid for your booking, you will be requested to provide credit card details to secure your booking. If you decide not to, your booking will not be confirmed.
  • Food offerings may change from what is advertised depending on seasonality and/or availability.
  • To guarantee yourself a window seat please choose our Premium Dining option. The package includes a house drink (soft drink, beer, wine), unlimited still or sparkling water, and a guaranteed window seat. Please note, there is limited availability of upgrades for each sitting. Should you wish to upgrade to the Premium Dining Experience and this is not available online anymore, please book the standard Gondola and Dinner package and email us or call us on +64 7 347 0027 to enquire about the upgrade.
  • Please make sure you read and adhere to the Stratosfare Rotorua Dress Code.
  • The average allocated seating time is 1 hour and 30 minutes. If you are dining later than the allocated time you may be asked to move.
  • Skyline Enterprises reserves the right to assess other cancellations on a case-by-case basis and any decision on refunds is entirely at the discretion of the Operator. Cancellation fees may apply.
  • Skyline Rotorua reserves the right to cancel your booking in writing to your nominated e-mail address a minimum of 30 days prior to your reservation date. All cancellations will be granted a full refund.
  • For reservations cancelled or amended (date/numbers) within 24 hours of your booking, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellation Policy for groups of less than 10 guests:

  • For reservations (outside of our Christmas & New Year’s Eve period) cancelled or amended (date/numbers) within 24 hours of your booking, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
  • Bookings are fully refundable and amendable provided cancellation/amendments are made no less than 24 hours before expected arrival.
  • In the event of a ‘no-show’, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellation Policy for groups of 10 guests or more:

  • For reservations (outside of our Christmas & New Year’s Eve period) cancelled or amended (date/numbers) within 14 days of your booking, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
  • Bookings are fully refundable and amendable provided cancellation/amendments are made no less than 14 days before expected arrival.
  • In the event of a ‘no-show’, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
  • Please note this policy does not apply to private functions or contracted groups.

Cancellations to Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day:

  • Cancellations to the above bookings prior to 21 December will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made after 21st December will not be entitled to a refund and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
  • In the event of a ‘no-show’, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
