Gravity fuelled, giving full rider control with its unique braking and steering system.

Pull back on the handle bars to slow or stop, release to accelerate and enjoy.

Great for any age. Small children over 85cm tall and 2 years of age can even ride with an adult.

So awesome that it’s impossible to just have one ride.

" We made the mistake of only purchasing the Gondola and 3 luge rides. We went back and purchased another 3 rides each! So. Much. Fun! "

Frequently Asked Questions:

Riders who are between 85cm-109cm and 2-6 years of age will need to ride in tandem with an adult. A tandem rider must ride on the Luge with a responsible person over 150cm tall and 15+ years. It is the responsibility of the ‘responsible person’ to ride in a slow and safe manner, avoiding sharp braking to minimise the risk of injury to the tandem rider.
Riders who are over 110cm and 6+ years old can ride the Luge tracks unaccompanied but will need to ride the chairlift with a responsible person over 150cm tall and 15+ years.
Riders 120cm tall and 7+ years old can Luge and ride the chairlift alone.

Luge rides on a single ticket cannot be split over different days.

If you wish to move your ride time to a later time / date, this is dependent on the type of ticket you hold, and the availability of the ride slot you wish to move to. Please contact [email protected] to arrange this.

If you miss the chance to complete your first Luge ride within your 30-minute ride time, what happens next will depend on how busy our staff and the site are at the time. If it is not busy, staff will be able to let guests through to complete their Luge ride time on arrival. If the Luge is at capacity, guests will be referred to our staff for confirmation of the next available ride slot.

The Luge is open from 9am – dusk daily and operates in almost all-weather conditions including rain or snow. Please check our open hours here before arriving on-site as these are updated frequently.

The Luge is open to people of all ages and abilities. At the Luge Supervisor’s discretion, our Luge team will assist in any way we can to enable a guest with a disability to enjoy the Luge experience. Please ask a staff member for assistance.

If the Luge is open and operating, you are free to use your Luge tickets whenever you would like. Luge tickets purchased with a Restaurant reservation do not have an allocated time slot.

The Luge may go on temporary rain hold for safety during heavy rain, high winds, or lightning. Updates are posted online or available by calling 07 347 0027

Children must be at least 110cm high and 6+ years old to be allowed to ride the Luge alone; if they are between 85cm – 109cm in height and 2-6years of age they can ride the Luge in tandem with a responsible person for an additional cost.

Your ride time is the time you need to be at Luge, ready to ride. We recommend arriving slightly before your ride time to account for the time it will take to redeem your tickets and ride the Gondola up the hill.
