Please enquire for pricing details for Zipline, Skyswing, Wine Tasting, and Luge rides.
- We suggest groups arrive around 4pm, to participate in any activities.
- Guests are able to arrive at Skyline at different times; they do not have to arrive as a group.
- Children are more than welcome to join groups in the Stratosfare Venue.
- Hidden Forest Venue is an adult-only venue.
We are unable to offer Gondola Annual Pass card rates for Group Christmas Function bookings.
Yes, all groups can prearrange bar requirements before their visit or on the night. These can be prepaid or settled upon departure.
We can prearrange a Skyline Shuttle to be at our Main Bottom Terminal to transfer you to the top.
It is essential this is organized before date of arrival on site to ensure there is a Shuttle ready.
Terms & Conditions
Christmas Function bookings are subject to Skyline Rotorua’s Functions & Events Terms & Conditions. Where applicable, event-specific terms outlined below take precedence over standard terms.
- Terms and Conditions Apply. A deposit invoice for 50% deposit based on initial numbers will be sent out at the time of confirmation.
- Thursday, 22nd October 2026, we will make contact to confirm your groups final numbers attending, at which time we will then send out the final invoice for pre-payment, less the deposit paid, due by Friday, 30th October 2026.
(Please note that Skyline does not refund for guests who do not turn up on the night of event) - Kindly note that each group booking is limited to selecting one option only.
- No Gondola Card holder price applicable for group bookings on Skyline Christmas Functions 2026.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days prior to the event: No cancellation fee applies.
- Between 5–30 days prior to the event: 50% of the anticipated total event value will be charged.
- Within 5 days of the event: 100% of the total contracted event value will be charged.
- Once the final invoice has been issued and paid based on confirmed final numbers, the total contracted event value becomes non-refundable, regardless of cancellation date or any reduction in guest numbers.
